 Child Find Information

Madison County Schools provide extensive opportunities for identification of children who may have a disability requiring Special Education services. Children ages birth – 21 may receive a free appropriate public education through Child Find, a State funded program. Free annual developmental preschool screenings are conducted in 5 locations throughout the county.

Parents residing within Madison County who suspect their child may have a delay or disability are encouraged to contact the Director of Special Education Services, Mary Stump, at 852-2557 Ext. 2257
