Lynn Fanning Elementary School Vision and Mission Statement

The goal of Lynn Fanning Elementary School is to prepare all students for the challenges they will encounter throughout their lives. This goal will be accomplished by encouraging the academic and social success of each student.

Teachers, staff, parents, and students will all take an active role in the development of students’ moral, intellectual, and social skills. Together we will provide a safe environment conducive to learning with an integrated, meaningful curriculum designed to accommodate all learning styles and individual needs.

Lynn Fanning Beliefs and Values

Learning is a life-long process for everyone. Everyone can learn. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity. Everyone deserves to have a feeling of self-worth. Everyone needs to be responsible for his/her actions. Everyone needs positive role models. Everyone deserves a meaningful, challenging, and purposeful education. Everyone deserves to have his/her basic needs met. Everyone needs to experience success in order to be successful. The purpose of education is to develop productive citizens.
