“Entering Entries into STI-PD for verification”

 

 

This guide is to help you enter entries into your STI-PD history. These steps will be used only if you workshop is not found on the STI-PD website and you need to enter it manual for administrative approval.

 

1.     Log into STI-PD: https://pdweb.alsde.edu/ (*See or email Mr. LaQua for logins and passwords*)

2.     Once you have logged in, you will need to select the tab:                        “My History”(*see below*)

3.     Once you select “My History”

  1. To enter a new training that is not listed in STI-PD already, you will need to scroll down to the bottom of the history tap until you see the link (*The above diagram*).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Select “Submit new training history item for approval”. You will get the picture below:

  1. Enter the appropriate type by selecting the down arrow. For example.. if you attended a workshop, select workshop. If you are taking college courses, select degree and so on. The categories are self-explanatory.

 

  1. Finish with the other entries and select the “Add” button.

 

  1. Make sure you go back to your history page and your entry is located at the bottom that is labeled for “TRAINING HISTORY WAITING APPROVAL”

 

 

Congratulations, You have just entered your OWN training documentations into STI-PD web.
